1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation is received.
- Custom or Personalized Items: Orders for custom or personalized products may require additional processing time. You will be notified via email of the specific timeframe at the time of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We are proud to ship both domestically within Croatia and internationally to select countries.
- Domestic Shipping (Croatia):
- We ship via reliable local carriers.
- Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- International Shipping:
- We currently ship to most countries in the European Union and other select destinations.
- During the checkout process, you can enter your address to see if we ship to your location and the available shipping options.
- International delivery times vary significantly by destination, ranging from 7 to 25 business days after dispatch.
- The customer is solely responsible for any and all import duties, taxes (like VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
- The destination country/region.
- The total weight and dimensions of your package (package size).
- The selected shipping service (e.g., standard, express).
You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing:
- A tracking number.
- A link to track your package on the carrier’s website.
You can use this information to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s system after you receive the email.
5. Delivery & Receipt
- Delivery Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and typed correctly. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Delivery Attempts: Carriers will typically make 1-2 delivery attempts. If you are not available, they will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or redelivery.
- Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of customs/duties, or failure to collect it from the pickup point, we will contact you. A refund for the merchandise (minus original shipping costs) will be issued only after the returned package is received and inspected. Reshipment, if requested, will incur additional shipping charges.
6. Shipping Delays
While we provide estimated delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Extreme weather events.
- Carrier service disruptions.
- Customs processing delays for international orders.
- Public holidays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
7. Damaged or Lost in Transit
- Damaged Package: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact us immediately at silentboo@magiccandlesbyjk.com within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send you a replacement.
- Lost Package: If your tracking information shows no movement for an unusually long time (e.g., 15 business days for domestic, 30 for international), please contact us. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
