We accept returns of unworn, unused, and unaltered merchandise in its original condition (including all tags, packaging, and any accessories) within 30 days of the date you received the item. The goal of our return process is to facilitate an exchange for another item or to provide a refund only after the original product has been successfully returned to us and inspected. A refund cannot be issued without the physical return of the product.

- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original, saleable condition. They must not be used, lit (for candles), damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original packaging, labels, tags, and certificates of authenticity must be included.
- Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Candles that have been lit or show signs of use.

- Processing the Resolution: Once the return is approved:
- For Refunds: A refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note, this is contingent on the item passing our inspection.
- For Exchanges: If you requested an exchange for another item, we will process and ship the new item once the return is approved.
4. Refunds (Post-Return)
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after we have received and approved your return. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

For customers returning items from outside Croatia:
